Salary Range: $50,000-$65,000, commensurate with experience


This position is full-time and on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Buffalo Grove, IL

Summary

The Sales Coordinator- Post Sales will provide vital support to the Post Sales Support (ACE) team by finalizing, processing, and coordinating post-sale orders for skincare, LMNT, and consumables. This role focuses on enabling field representatives to spend more time with customers by managing the administrative and operational aspects of post-sale activities. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively with strong personalities while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Essential Functions

·      Order Processing: Finalize and process sales quotes

·      Customer Support Coordination: Manage customer-related tasks such as RMA follow-ups, pickups, reorders, and issue resolution.

·      Sales Enablement: Provide sales information to the Post Sales team.

·      Database Management: Ensure database integrity and maintain accurate field inventory records.

·      Collaboration with Teams: Work with finance on payment collections, sales stipends, and order invoices. Liaise with client relations and marketing for materials and support.

·      Event Support: Attend company events such as AAF, BOB’s, and NSM’s to provide on-site support as needed.

·      Order Volume Management: Process a minimum of 10-15 orders daily, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

·      CRM Expertise: Utilize Salesforce and other systems to process and manage orders effectively.

Education and Experience Required

·      Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.

·      1-3 years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in sales support or operations.

 

Skills Required

·      Positive attitude and approach to the job responsibilities and the Alma team

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

·      Experience with pivot tables preferred but not required

·      Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite (preferred).

·      Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

·      Strong math skills and the ability to manage large amounts of information.

 

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct reports but assists in mentoring peers and other departments as needed.

 

Work Environment

·      Office-based role with routine use of computers, phones, and other standard office equipment.

·      Requires occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds and, less frequently, up to 25 pounds.

 

Travel

Up to 10% travel for company events and support.

 

Work Authorization
