About The Position
We are seeking a RF/US Physicist to join the R&D department:
- Study and optimize physical parameters to ensure the best performance of energy-based (US and RF) medical devices
- Design, perform, analyze, and summarize experiments involving multi-disciplinary knowledge
- Experiments will include systems characterization, the interaction between subsystems, understanding physical and biological mechanisms, and defining critical parameters
- Develop and improve quantitative measurements and experiment methodologies
- Use simulation tools to meet performance requirements and optimize system design parameters that are critical
- Develop physical models for US/RF tissue interactions
- Get to know trends and new technologies in the medical industry, new technologies, and clinical applications
- Hands-on at the lab, design and execution of experiments and models
- Collaboration with all R&D departments
Requirements
- Ph.D. or M.Sc. with lab experience at Physics, Bio-Physics or Biomedical Engineering
- Experience in RF/US - Must
- 2-5 years of experience in similar role
- Good communication skills, open minded
- Hands-on experience, technical writing
- Self-driven, independent
