About The Position
- Master the use and application of a range of energy-based devices for the purpose of aesthetic treatments.
- Organize and deliver product and clinical trainings, hands-on workshops, and lectures to sales and clinical staff, doctors and business partners globally.
- Create and maintain new and existing clinical training materials such presentations, training videos, user guides and online courses.
- Develop treatment protocols for clinical applications.
- Provide ongoing support and education to clients, addressing inquiries and enhancing their understanding of the product.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify training needs.
- Support in product launches, customer product feedback, clinical events and conferences.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and publications.
Requirements
- Degree in a medical field
- Proficiency in English - mother tongue
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability for frequent travel (approximately 10 trips/year)
