About The Position

  • Full end-to-end responsibility for the global Demand Planning process
  • Build, analyze, and continuously improve demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections
  • Lead the monthly S&OP process with global stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations)
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to collect, challenge, and validate forecasts
  • Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, seasonality, and demand anomalies
  • Monitor and manage forecast KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias) and drive continuous improvement
  • Translate demand forecasts into supply plans in collaboration with Supply Planning
  • Identify risks and opportunities in demand and escalate them to management in real time
  • Work with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and planning tools (advanced Excel / BI tools)
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and implement Demand Planning best practices
  • Build management reports and decision-support dashboards
  • Align financial forecasts (Budget / Forecast) with operational forecasts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics – mandatory.

• 1–2 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Chain Planning roles – an advantage.

• Experience working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders – an advantage.

• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) – an advantage.

• Experience in data analysis and forecasting (statistical and business).

• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken, written, and reading).

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with complex data.

• Ability to challenge data and apply business judgment.

• Assertiveness and confidence when working with global stakeholders.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
