About The Position

Position Summary

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead Alma’s global digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for shaping and executing digital strategies that grow Alma’s online presence, engage both professional and consumer audiences, and support lead generation and business objectives.

In addition to leading Alma’s core digital channels and campaigns, the Digital Marketing Manager will provide governance, support, and digital best practices to Alma’s subsidiaries and global partners, ensuring consistency and optimization across markets.

The role includes the management of a small, skilled digital team — comprising a Social Media Specialist, Website & Backend Operator, and Marketing Automation Expert — whose work the manager will actively guide and integrate into the overall strategy.

This is a lead-by-doing role for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Digital Strategy

Own Alma’s global digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand, product, and business goals.

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms to support product launches, brand initiatives, and lead generation.

Provide digital governance, support, and guidance to Alma subsidiaries and global partners to ensure brand and strategy consistency worldwide.

Collaborate closely with corporate, clinical, creative, and regional marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing digital campaigns.

Manage and Optimize Digital Channels

Oversee Alma’s corporate website, ensuring content relevance, UX optimization, and SEO performance.

Manage Alma’s social media presence, content planning, and community engagement strategy.

Lead digital advertising activities, including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns, optimizing performance and budgets.

Plan, build, and analyze marketing automation programs to nurture leads and improve customer journeys.

Team Leadership and Development

Directly manage and mentor a digital team of three, ensuring clear priorities, collaboration, and high-quality output:

Social Media Specialist

Website & Backend Operator

Marketing Automation Expert

Balance leadership with personal accountability by remaining actively involved in the day-to-day strategy and execution.

Campaign Performance & Data Analysis

Define KPIs, track digital marketing performance, and deliver regular insights and recommendations.

Use analytics tools to continuously optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (such as Communications, Business, Marketing, or Digital Media) with a focus or extension in marketing.
  • 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, ideally within aesthetics, medical devices, wellness, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a digital marketing team while actively contributing to projects and campaigns.
  • Expertise in key digital marketing tools and platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and marketing automation.
  • Data-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented with excellent project management abilities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working within cross-functional, international teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
